- Al-Bara Al-Bara is an enormous site. You can only experience it's size by trying to see everything.   The site is divided in two by  a road.  It's  difficult to visit the site because it is  covered by bushes and one has to clamber the remains of walls and collapsed buildings.  Top attractions here are two pyramid shaped tombs. - Jerada The stones used for Jerada have a darker color than the stones used in the other dead cities I visited.  This gives the place  a little somber atmosphere, especially under cloudy and rainy conditions. The architectural design of some of the buildings is interesting.
