Day 01: Arrival + City tour of Damascus :
Arrival to Damascus ( Borders OR Airport ) ,
Meet & assistance by our representative – transfer to hotel in Damascus –
then half day city tour starting with the straight street- already mentioned
in the Bible – . We visit a the Azem Palace ( housing the Museum of Arts
and Popular Traditions ) – Omayyad Mosque, the tomb of Salah Addin.
We continue to the chapel of St. Ananias built in the first century, end the
day by passing the Church St. Paul’s Window, overnight in Damascus.
Day 02: Damascus – Maaloula – Krak des Chevaliers:
After breakfast, drive to north on the way visit Maaloula ( A beautiful
village against the mountains, Here the language of Christ is still spoken
(Aramaic). – visit the famous monasteries Saint Sergius & Bacchus. and
The convent of St Tecla. proceed to Homs , visit of Krak des
Chevaliers, the best preserved fortress from Crusader times in Syria,
overnight in Al WADI area .
Day 03: Al WADI – Seidnaya – Departure ..
Drive back to Damascus, visiting Seidnaya: it is a Syrian city which is
considered to be one of the deepest-rooted Christian cities in the Middle
East. Its name (Seyda Naya) means “Our Lady”, proceed to Damascus &
departure transfer ….

Day 01: Arrival + City tour of Damascus

Arrival to Damascus ( airport or borders ) ,

 we begin the full day city tour starting with the straight street already mentioned in the Bible ;  We visit a the Azem Palace housing the Museum of Arts and Popular Traditions and the impressing Omayyad Mosque with the tomb of Salah addin. We continue to the chapel of St. Ananias built in the first century. Then you have the possibility of shopping in the Souq and end the day by passing the Church St. Paul’s Window, overnight in Damascus.

Day 02: Damascus – Bosra – Damascus :

Breakfast, visit Bosra (also called Bozrah or Bostra; Arabic: Busra ash-Sham) is an ancient city (100 km south of Damascus ) . Once the capital of the Roman province of Arabia, back to Damascus – Overnight .

Day 03: Damascus – Maaloula – Krak des Chevaliers

After breakfast, drive to North  , on the way visit Maaloula: Where the people still speak the Aramaic language of Jesus  , proceed to Krak des Chevaliers, the best preserved fortress from Crusader times in Syria, overnight in HOMS .

Day 04: HOMS – Palmyra – HOMS

Breakfast, move early to Palmyra, it’s one of the most breath-taking and impressive sites all over the world, as you can find 35% destructions, part of straight street, part of theatre, wall of Bell temple, and remain of stone of Baalshamin, valley of the tombs, the Agora. Back to  HOMS  for overnight.

Day 05:  Homs – Hama – Aleppo

Breakfast, remains of Homs, visit Um al-Zennar it is historical Syrian Orthodox Church, the church is built over an underground church dating back to 50 AD, proceed to Hama a short time to see the Norias, then drive to Aleppo for overnight.

Day 06: Aleppo City tour

Visit the Citadel of Aleppo a remarkable example of Islamic military architecture, Omayyad Great  Mosque which is destroyed without minaret and a part of 11Km long of the thrilling covered Bazaars. Overnight in Aleppo.

Day 07: Aleppo – Seidnaya – Departure

Drive back to Damascus, visiting Seidnaya: it is a Syrian city which is considered to be one of the deepest rooted Christian cities in the Middle East. Its name (Seyda Naya) means “Our Lady” departure.

After breakfast – Drive to visit Ugarit the kingdom that gave humanity the first alphabet in the world. Experts have confirmed the connection between this alphabet and other alphabets in common use nowadays”. Lattakia – Overnight.

Day 08: Lattakia  – Seidnaya – Damascus :

After breakfast – Visit Saladin citadel: the site has been fortified since at least the mid-10th century. In 975 the Byzantine Emperor John I Tzimiskes captured the site and it remained under Byzantine control until around 1108, drive back to Seidnaya – visit – transfer to Damascus – Overnight Day 09: Departure
